My favorite restaurant in Baton Rouge. It never disappoints.
I don't think it's real turtle soup. My dad used to eat turtle soup as a kid but he told me it became illegal to hunt turtles so most restaurants serve mock turtle soup there shouldn't be any actual turtle in it. I think you have to go to Asia to get real turtle soup these days.
Next time we hit up a Tigers Football game I'm going to have to check this place out. Probably won't be til 2021. Love your videos.

Hey David!! So cool that you went to this seafood restaurant in Baton Rouge! Awesome that you got to drive past LSU as well. Yes.. Shaq did go there.. and Bears met him one time.. outside of a Sushi restaurant in LA!! He was super nice, but his voice was so deep and extremely tall. But he was a real sweetheart! Wow.. you guys got quite the spread. We want to go out to eat with you guys.. cause you get to order so many different options!! Char grilled oysters.. looked bomb, and so did the seafood gumbo!! Never tried alligator before and cool it tasted like chicken. Not sure how we'd feel about eating turtles… but the turtle soup looked good, and glad your wife ended up liking it! Shrimp Po'Boy for the win.. we will take one each please! Good thing you had some Sriracha packets to get you through your trip LOL!!! Wow.. $97.19 for dinner… Mr. Pimp-Racha it is!!
