Nice vid buddy… Reminds me of Laguna Hut at Kaotakiap… just down from you at HH… I always used to stay there, don't know how it is now but 10-15 years ago was a real peach and only about 800 a night too. Has that place got a pool (or one that can be used nearby) or just go to the nearby beach for that? Without looking it up on the maps and all that shite, is it 30 mins or so from HH? All your vids have go me thinking of a trip down that way… been couped up too long ehh with all this C-19 crap

Years ago Beachfront property was not considered very valuable. Interior property was more valuable because land was more fertile for farming . Coconut was one of the main commodities and coconuts close to the beach were inferior to the ones found farther inland. This was told to me by an older Thai gentleman in Samui. How times have changed .

Excellent overview of the place JSH. No comment on the resort as nobody gives a toss what I think of the joint. Although I will say it has all one needs.. I may have missed June's comments – does the place get packed in high season and i wonder what her occupancy would be now if things were normal?
